Flicking though the tv channels last night… what a bad night to stay in with NOTHING on TV!!! anyhoo came across ‘come dine with me’ a prog about 5 strangers all cooking for each other and then marking the whole evening.. out of 10… winner gets a 1K! Two weeks out of action and off piste in my living room has taught me a variety of things, mainly you don’t know you how ill you feel until you start getting better. This week has seen the tragic death of the stunningly beautiful and talented actress Natasha Richardson. a PS to my blog on Victoria Beckham and her Christian Louboutin, 14cm heels shoes, delicious though they are, a tip from a osteopath! “If you wear shoes with this height of the heel, you’re increasing the instability of the foot, the pelvis tilts forward and increases the curvature of the spine.
