I had every intention of writing about Victoria Beckham, well her feet actually, she had a day out with the kids and wore the most stunningly beautiful (Louboutin 6in heel) but utterly ridiculous shoes, she went to Disney and got slated for wearing these heels, however June last year she got slated for wearing baggy jeans and flip flops! how fickle is the press.
I couldn’t even stand in a 6in heel let alone walk, goodness knows what her back will be like when she is 50! oh god I have turned into my mother!
I was also going to touch on Jade Goody and her christening but to be honest its all been said really, we can only hope now she will slip away gently, peacefully and privately.
I want something jolly, funny and cheerful so am look forward to red nose day, or its official title Comic Relief 2009, I think its fantastic that the 9 ‘celebs’ got to the top of Kilimanjaro and they have raised just under a million and half, what an amazing thing to do, and although I admire all the others for giving up their time and being great sports it is mostly done in a studio and they do have a great time and are looked after. I think this particular effort and all the training gets my vote.
That said roll on the efforts of Horne and Corden, two of my fav’s, (tues bbc 3 10.30pm) also looking forward the French and Saunders contribution too. (sat bbc one 7.05pm)
What have I done for red nose day….. I have bought the entire family noses and tee shirts which doesn’t sound much, but the family is huge when you include the bro’s, sisters, nef’s, nieces, aunts, uncles and godkids.
