Not only is big brother watching you but he is selling all your details to the highest bidder.
I was so shocked to read that the DVLA are selling off our details to and I quote “rogue clamping companies”…. both the DVLA and the clamping companies are making millions from the deal….
It will also now be possible to get all our mobile phone numbers through a directory, a bit like 118118….yes these details have also been sold to a company, the data has been bought from market research businesses!!!…
The company behind the directory service say that ‘users’ privacy is very important to them…OH YEAH… WELL DON’T DO IT… WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE DATA PROTECTION ACT!
I am so mad about all this personal info on us all just being sold, left on trains or mislaid! You can opt out of the registry but you have to text or ring and then wait for 4 weeks to be taken off. In fact I was so angry I nearly threw away my mobile phone.
