I eat spelt cereal, wheat free biscuits and rice cakes that are very reminiscent of ceiling tiles from the 60′s
I drink a selection of hibiscus, acia berry and rooibos teas, I also drink a green smoothie my friends call pond juice, its actually a blend of all that is green and good… broccoli, spinach, apples, grapes, kiwi, spirulina, wheat grass, blue/green algae and parsley, plus all the pomegranate I can swill down, a real treat for me is a tiny square of 85% organic dark choc’
I take vast amounts of vits and minerals, I use aromatherapy oils and homoeopathic remedies rather than paracetamol,
I don’t drink unless you count the gallons of water. Don’t smoke. my body is my temple…. no really it is…. I am a slave to my ‘good bacteria’

We have a low fat high fibre diet… no red meat, well no beef but very occasionally a bit of lamb, tons of fruit and veg and guess what I am always ill ….always going down with some crappy virus or cold or flu…. you name it I get it
I want to know why, friends tell me I really should eat more garbage… give myself some good old fashion greasy, sat in a warming tray for hours, packaged in plastic junk food…..
SO I AM GOING OUT TONIGHT TO GET ME SOME KFC, MAC’D's, BURGER KING AND FISH AND CHIPS WASHED DOWN WITH FIZZY POP.
