Stephen Fry, Bill Paterson, Martin Jarvis and his wife Rosalind Ayres and actress Miriam Margolyes are all performing in a concert at the Theatre Royal, Winchester on SUNDAY 29th Nov 09
Miriam Margolyes, one of our wonderfully clever and funny actresses was seen on the Alan Titchmarsh afternoon tv programme talking about the show, it is a one-night performance only, called ’A Few Of Our Favourite Things’ the cast will be reading extracts from plays, poetry and literature. Organisers promise an evening of “sparkling wit, humour, pathos and the magic of music too.”
It is in aid of Southampton and Winchester Visitors’ Group (SWVG), a charity which supports refugees and asylum seekers.
