I love the company COX & COX, I have been using them for ages, great for gifts, the garden, childrens pressies and just ideas oh and wedding ‘bits’

I had ordered some bits for a wedding… table decorations to be precise, when they arrived the ‘bits’ were not quite right, not exactly how I thought they would look.

I needed a few more bits and pieces so rang my order through, I mentioned that I had been a bit disappointed with one of the last items and before I could utter another word this very kind lady told me she would replace them straight away.

Now that’s what I call a fantastic way to run a business and keep your customers.. and keep them happy!

The total cost of the item was about £36 so not a huge big deal and I had put it down to experience, now I will always go back to C&C first when looking for good things.
