When I&#039;m being strict, I allow myself 25-50g of carbs for my main meal, I just read the back of packets... it&#039;s amazing how low carbs go hand in hand with what we KNOW are healthy meals anyway.

One of my lowest carb meals is a lovely pork stir fry with a whole cabbage chopped into it, Szechuan tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of brown rice mixed in.  Yum!</description>
