OMG THE RED DRESS…

 

I was very late getting to read the papers this weekend, don’t ask, busy busy but actually getting nothing done! however I picked up The Times Mag’ and this week nearly every page was great, an interview with Vidal Sassoon, what an amazing guy in his 80′s and still with the trendy glasses, love him. Sarah Vine, and of course Spinal column, Melanie Reid..  lots, lots more but I am rambling.

I always go for the Lisa Armstrong page first, I am after all a dedicated follower of fashion, I was completely knocked out by the most stunning red dress I have ever seen, Lisa modelling,  guessing she is very tall at least this dress does that for her,  she looks amazing and before you all call me a creep..tis true!

The dress in question is by MARIA GRACHVOGEL and will cost you a cool £1,895,  it flows, drapes and clings but all in a good way.

I am a big fan of ‘statement’ making red dresses and when they are cut like this one I get very excited.

On Lisa’s page there are other red dresses, all stunning, it would seem my dreams will come true as there is a lot of RED on the catwalks… my cup runneth over.

Red against flesh… red with black… red with grey, throw in a little bling or just the right piece of  turquoise jewellery and with the right red even bubblegum pink will sing. If signature ‘red’ heels are good enough for Louboutin then it sure is good enough for me.

I don’ t think red is a ‘slutty’ colour any more and even if it is…. aww who cares, my fave red item that I wear a lot…a red bra!
