A new production of Alan Ayckbourn’s HAUNTING JULIA will open on October 14th in LICHFIELD at the GARRICK, directed by Andrew Hall and starring CHRISTOPHER TIMOTHY, RICHARD O’CALLAGHAN and DOMINIC HECHT. Haunting Julia, Julia was a musical prodigy – Little Miss Mozart they called her, with the world at her feet. Until they find her body lying in a pool of blood. A chilling study of grief, obsession and the supernatural. RUNS FROM OCTOBER 14TH – OCTOBER 30TH www.lichfieldgarrick.com box office 01543 412121
A perfect evening in – central heating (freezing weather outside), Sunday Papers, X Factor and the first episode of the much heralded Downton Abbey. It didn’t disappoint – wonderful characters (Maggie Smith and Hugh Bonneville), elegant fashion, wicked one-liners, Upstairs, Downstairs politics and a developing plot. My Sunday evenings for the next 6 weeks are complete. marigold x
