HE IS CURRENTLY PLAYING HEART THROB MARC SELBY IN CORNATION STREET, LOVE INTEREST FOR AUDREY AND CLAUDIA COLBY WITH A SECRET !

He is best known to the general public for playing Russell in the UK sitcom BUTTERFLYS and more recently for appearing in Eastenders in Sept 2010 seducing Janine Butcher on her hen night.

 

 

CUPCAKE       do you twitter?

AH             I have had a twitter account for about a year now, but never really used it. I was involved in a project called The Conspiracy for Good with Tim Kring last year that utilised some very up to date technology and everyone on the production side had twitter accounts plus facebook plus vimeo plus some things I hadn’t even heard of. It was fascinating to see quite how far the technology has advanced.

We have a facebook page and twitter feed set up for Haunting Julia, together with the website at www.haunting julia.com. So I now have to make sure that I am twittering on a regular basis.

 CUPCAKE       prefer sun or snow?

AH            Sun on snow is good! Love Spring and Summer so it has to be sun.

CUPCAKE     What was the last thing you read?
AH            I’ve just started Peter Carey’s ‘Parrot and Olivier in America’ – not far enough into it yet to decide if I like it or not. Just before this a book of George Orwell Essays given to me as a Christmas present.

CUPCAKE     What’s your favourite comedy TV programme, present or past?
AH           So many – “Black Books’, ‘Green Wing’, ‘Cheers’, ‘Fawlty Towers’

CUPCAKE     cosy night in or fav restaurant?
AH          Depends on the night.

CUPCAKE    Which do you find more rewarding acting on stage or screen?
AH         Stage but I love both

CUPCAKE     Although the news is generally all doom and gloom at the moment, what do you feel is man’s greatest accomplishment, so far?
AH            My new coffee grinder is pretty good.

CUPCAKE     Bath or shower?
AH              Bath

CUPCAKE     If you could only take one bottle of good wine on a desert island which would it be, red or white?
AH            Red

CUPCAKE     Chocolate  or cheese?
AH                Chocolate

CUPCAKE    What would say is your most annoying habit? and best attribute?
AH                  Most annoying habit is dreadful punctuality – you’d have to ask someone else about the attribute.

AH            Phone

CUCPAKE    What  would your ’bucket list’ include? name  4 or 5 things you simply have to do    before……!
AH              Learn to ski, Eat at Noma, visit India, buy another motor bike

CUPCAKE      What’s your signature dish in the kitchen, beans on toast or the Sunday Roast or?
AH            Lamb Provencale – it involves a gigot of lamb and 80 cloves of garlic slowly pot roasted for about 5 hours

CUPCAKE      are you an early bird or a night owl?
AH          Night Owl

AH           Spend

CUPCAKE    What is the best bit of advice anyone has given you?
AH     Save

CUPCAKE     do you forgive easily?
AH           Yes – forgetting is a little more difficult

CUPCAKE       email or snail mail?
AH         Email – I have truly appalling handwriting so being able to type everything is a blessed relief

CUPCAKE       what one thing couldn’t you get through the weekend without
AH              Coffee

CUPCAKE      who is your hero?
AH         Obama is up there – I saw him speak in Boston before he announced his candidature and he was a revelation. Another hero is Paul Blake – son of my greatest friends. Paul was born with Cerebral Palsy. He just won two Silvers and a Gold at the World Paralympic Games in New Zealand. That’s guts.

AH              Preferably neither – an elixir of youth would work…..

AH                  Homecooking

AH             Gym

AH           Not adding up properly.

AH              Bollocks

AH           Family and friends laughing

AH               You’re going to be dead sooner or later so you might as well spend the time doing what you enjoy

AH           Hated it for years and then I moved over to the Dark Side.
