Ground zero
This week I’m celebrating (is that the right word?) a ‘zero’ birthday. Another decade passed, and very much a time for reflection. I’ve been thinking of all the things I’ve learnt, lost and gained over those 10 years, some silly, some scary, some sentimental. So here goes! LOST A much loved father and sister, a schoolfriend who was far too young, a quite frightening amount of skin … Read More »

CARBS… GOOD OR EVIL
Last week I was reading a very interesting article about carbs and how to burn them off. (wallchart for gluttons) I was struck by the ‘value’ of carbs/calories of some these foods.
